Instrument Hire – Whole Class Sets

Following recent consultation, we’ve expanded our Instrument Hire system to better serve our community. Private schools can now access our resources, and Associates have the option to hire whole class sets directly.
Pricing for these sets remains consistent with our school rates:
- Full academic year: £231
- 2 terms hire: £100
- 4 terms hire: £200
These charges are necessary due to the repair, upkeep and maintenance of the instrumental stock
Please note that these instruments will need to be collected and returned by you and any damages or losses will fall on you to pay or replace.
The sets for a full year is generally for 33-weeks. This equates to £7 a week or 23p per instrument per week.

Annual Associate Returns

It’s that time of year again! We’re beginning to collect data for the annual ACE data return, which includes:
- Annual Data Return
- Ethnicity Return
- Financial Return
- Annual Declaration Return
What’s new? All annual returns are now available through your Glide Associate Portal.
Why the change? Your feedback told us the previous Google Form process was cumbersome—requiring all information upfront with no option to save and return later. Our new Glide Platform solves this. You can now complete your returns in stages, with your progress automatically saved each time you log off. Simply return when convenient to pick up where you left off.
