The Process

1.  The school completes the google form and identifies the provider.
2. The Hub will confirm with the provider that they wish to deliver the booking.
3. The music hub will invoice the school for 50% of the full cost of the service (The hub will pay up to a maximum of £150 as long as its no more than 50% of the entire cost)  and will then pay the provider the full amount.

Please note that the payment for the event must be paid before the event takes place.  If a school then drops out, they will not receive a refund as the provider will still be paid.
